Opinions on my ADR wishes?

I'd like to know what you all think about my choices for our next trip.

Things to know:

• These are all new places for us!! (On our last trip we did: Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace, Planet Hollywood, Rainforest Cafe in AK & Ohana)
• We got free dining and will be on the regular DDP.
• Our kids ages at time of travel: 13, 8 & 4.
• We are staying 5 nights, so we will have 5 TS credits

So here is my ADR wish list as of right now...WDYT?
Epcot day: Breakfast @ Akershus
DHS day: Dinner @ Mama Melrose (for the F! pkg)
AK day: Breakfast @ Tusker House & Dinner @ Boma
MK day: Dinner @ 1900 Park Fare

and I'm also debating a Breakfast at Cape May Cafe the morning we depart, but this would be OOP if we did it...

Thanks in advance for any input. I have a few weeks before I have to make ADR's.

2 boys and 1 girl, and you're already going to get Cindy & family at 1900PF. I think I'd pick an Epcot dinner rather than breakfast at Akershus. How about dinner at Biergarten? Good food, lots of choices if anyone is picky, oom-pah-pah band plays periodically for entertainment and the kids can go dance.

Breakfast at Cape May only if you are staying there or if you have a car; otherwise getting there is a bit of a pain, on top of getting your bags out of the room and checking out. You can't just take a Disney bus from your resort to Epcot and walk through the park to get there unless you have another day's park admission. How about breakfast at a monorail resort? The Wave is getting good reviews because they have both a la carte and a buffet, and it's easier to take the bus to MK and then walk/monorail/launch to CR.
