Opinions on HI Maingate West?

Trying to find a place for my Mom and Dad. They're looking at
HI Maingate West
Clarion Hotel Maingate
Ramada Plaza Hotel & Inn Gateway
Four Points by Sheraton Lakeside
Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Maingate East


We're trying to decide between Dixie Landings(stayed 2X and loved it) and HIFS.

I only stayed there once in May of 1996. As I remember it was a very basic hotel. It had a nice pool. I think I payed $42/ night and it was definitely worth that price. I would stay there again in a pinch but I think there are many nicer places to stay. Hope this helps.
