Opinions on Gulliver's Grill

Just wondering if anyone can give some thoughts on Gulliver's Grill at Walt Disney World Swan? Is it open? Is it good? Is there good character interaction? I have been looking at various tips/suggestions on here for character dining and haven't seen many(if any) posted about this one? Is it so bad that no one even goes? I saw it on Disney's website.

I have eaten their several times, but the last was in September of 2001. We loved it each time, and you got to spend a lot of time with the characters because the restaurant wasn't very crowded.

The food and service were very good, but not excellent. We ordered from the menu, as the seafood buffet (which was the Friday night offering) did not appeal to us. Character interaction was great, since the restaurant was less than half full.

Do they take a PS at Gulliver's?

We been there quite a few times because we've stayed at the Dolphin alot. Many times we go without PS and go usually with a crowd. Kids love it because there is very good character interaction. They spend lots of time with kids and act very goofy. The foods just o.k. We mainly go when we are tired and want something near hotel.
