So we have a picky eater coming with us, like she likes chicken fingers and fries, plain chicken, steak, mashed potatoes that kind of stuff. And we want to make sure she doesn't starve while we're there. So any opinions would be awsome!

Ohana is going to be a problem, I think. The others should be okay. All the buffets have chicken fingers and the others include at least some of the foods you listed.

How old is the picky eater? We were at O'Hana last night and asked about kids food. Our DD is allergic to eggs and since she is a young toddler and doesn't eat much in the way of meat, we wanted to know our options in case the eggless part of the meal didn't appeal to her. The chef told us he had most any kids food except pizza. He mentioned mac n cheese, chicken nuggets, pb&j, grilled cheese.... maybe even a few other things. So if it's a kid, ohana should be fine.

She'll be 19 by the time we go.:confused3

That was funny - I thought you were talking about a kid too. The food at O'hanas is unbelievable but unless they can get her a kids choice (you have to ask) it may not be worth the cost.

My best friend is a very picky eater but when she goes with us we book whatever TS we want and she will eat off the kids meal (yes the servers allow her to do this) or she will grab a burger from a CS place before we eat and then just sit with us (no they did not charge her to do that).

My 19 yr old is the exact same way. And she eats off the childrens menu if she can't find anything off the normal one. Works well for her. They have no problems with adults doing this.

You have three buffets listed. All of them will have "comfort foods" also known as a kids buffet that anyone can eat from (and kids can eat from anything on the entire buffet). I KNOW you won't have a problem at 50's Prime Time. They went out of their way for a friend of ours and offered up several things that weren't on the menu. I've eaten at Ohana's or Ragland Road.

For reference, at table service restaurants, you can almost always get fries since they need to be there for the kids menu. And you can almost always get a "naked" chicken breast. Same thing with the steak. Order it "naked". The mashed potatoes are usually mixed with something, though. Basically, anything that is listed on the menu can be had in any combination. You don't have to order the exact entree as printed. So she can order a naked chicken breast with fries and be totally fine.

Yes, I live with a picky husband.
