Opinions on Akershus Princess Feast for Lunch or Dinner???

I haven't seen many reviews good or bad, on the Princess Feast in Norway. I would like to know everyone's opinions about the food, the characters, and the ambiance. Thanks!

We went last week for lunch - and it was a zoo. But each princess (4 in total) did come to the table for a picture and meet and great. Ariel was the highlight of my nieces trip. But if it weren't for her, I'd pass on it - the food was ok - and it was like I said a zoo when we got there. They do their best and the hostess and waiters are all Norwegian beauties which my DH appreciated!

Thanks for your review. Was WDW busier than usual, or was just at that place that it was chaotic? My hubby and I dined there on our honeymoon before it was a princess feast and we really enjoyed the Norwegian fare, so I'm sure we will enjoy it when we go in Dec. Thanks again.

We were there the first week of September. We thought the restaurant was a bit crowded. We saw Belle, Alice, Ariel, Jasmine and Prince Ali. I didn't care for the Norwegian food, but my husband liked it. We are going back next year and plan on doing this again but for breakfast instead.

We were there the first week of September. The Princesses were Belle, Jasmine, Ariel and Alice in Wonderland (didn't know she was a princess ) and Prince Ali. We noticed them stopping at all the tables, even ours and it was just my husband and me...Prince Ali made a big deal about me because I had on my birthday button. We thought the character interaction was very good. However, we did not like the food at all. The buffet was okay, but we did not like the entrees or the dessert at all. We have heard the breakfast is much better.
