We have dinner at LTT and it was very good. I have heard that lunch is good too. Have fun picking out your places to eat!

Here's my 2 cents on a couple. :)

Dinner Cape May Café
I love this buffet, but I hardly leave the seafood & dessert section so I might not be a good reviewer. :)
It's always been fresh & clean when we've gone.

Lunch Tusker House
Really enjoyed our last lunch here, it wasn't standard fast food so it was a nice change.

Dinner Chef Mickey's
Hope nobody throws things at me, but we were really unhappy with our experience here. The buffet was below-average, there was a mess everywhere and we ended up not eating from the dessert section at all because of the food everywhere.

the plaza is very good. the portions are large enough to share!! the ice cream desserts come from the ice cream parlor next door. lecellier is very good also. the cheese soup is very good as are the steak entrees. we went in july and i had the soup w/a salad and it was filling. happy eating.:p

The only two on your list that we have been to are Chef Mickey's which we loved. We thought that the food was great and the atmosphere was fun. The character interatction was very good and we were a party of three adults with no children. 1900 Park Fare on the other hand we didn't care for. The food selection was not very good and we actually both got sick after eating there.

Dinner Rose & Crown--- have never eaten there
Lunch Gaspirilla's @ GF--- can't help you
Dinner Plaza Restaurant--- Ok
Dinner Cape May Café--- dinner buffet is wonderful! Our NEVER miss restaurant
Lunch Tusker House--- loved it... great chicken dinner, and the balsamic chicken salad was great, too
Dinner Chef Mickey's- wasn't impressed
lunch--Hollywood and Vine--- one of the best character meals!
Dinner Kona Café (should I have breakfast or dinner here?)- breakfast for the Tonga Toast

Lunch Sunshine Season---good
Dinner Garden Grill--- we enjoyed it. DD was impressed with the way the dining room rotated, and she could see the ride. One of the more quiet character meals!
Dinner 1900 Park Fare--- would rather do breakfast... it is not to be missed
Lunch- Yorkshire @ UK-- pretty good
Dinner Spoodle's--- haven't been, but my parents like it
Lunch Liberty Tree Tavern-- for lunch, yes.. for dinner, no
Lunch Concourse Steakhouse--- menu didn't appeal to us, not did the prices for lunch
Dinner Le Cellier--- definitely!!!

Any suggestions to other places to dine? I'm pretty picky.

We love 50's Prime Time Cafe, 1900 Park Faire for breakfast, Narcoosee's for dinner, and 'Ohana for dinner!

Hi there, I've had dinner 2 times at Chef Mickey's the first time being a wonderful experience although I don't remember too much about the food!! This last time, although the food is filling, it wasn't one of our favorites. I felt more rushed this time and now having gone there twice, I'll try some other character dinner's this time. I hear Crystal Palace is nice for dinner. I also recommend doing Kona's for breakfast. We did go to dinner there and my Mom had to send back her prime rib which she declared awful and they apologized because they said there was a new meat supplier? My father got the Mahi Mahi which I guess was okay and I got the beef dish (can't remember what exactly) and it was good but nothing spectacular either. The menu was limited but I definitely want to do breakfast there another time.

Hope I was some help to you. Oh by the way, I love Prime Time 50's Cafe for dinner too and I liked 1900 PF for breakfast. Will definitely be trying dinner at Le Cellier.

Dinner Rose & Crown--have only had the fast food svc fish & chips but they were excellent!
Dinner Cape May Café--very nice and relaxing--good food
Lunch Tusker House--we love their chicken
Dinner Chef Mickey's--good food, loud, fun & expensive
Lunch Hollywood & Vine--we're not fond of the food and DH doesn't like to be hassled by "MOM" but a fun place
Dinner Kona Café--definitely breakfast
Lunch Sunshine Season--we like to get soup or a baked potato and split a sandwich as they're very large
Dinner Spoodle's--we'll be eating here in a couple weeks--looking forward to it as the reviews have been terrific
Lunch Liberty Tree Tavern--food so-so, but convenient
Dinner Le Cellier--this and the Biergarten are our two "must eat at" restaurants. The cheese soup is excellent, but not to be missed are the steaks!

Dinner Rose & Crown - never been there

Lunch Gaspirilla's @ GF - a very noisey quick food - counter service, nothing fancy - great chocolate cookies

Dinner Plaza Restaurant - wonderful sandwiches and great desserts - highly recommend!!!

Dinner Cape May Café - OK, not a favorite

Lunch Tusker House - good now, menu recently changed, also great desserts

Dinner Chef Mickey's - wonderful character meal - my favorite character restaurant - mashed potatoes to die for

Lunch Hollywood & Vine - ok character meal

Dinner Kona Café (should I have breakfast or dinner here?) - I prefer breakfast there - I love their blueberry pancakes and they have some famous banana french toast (conga toast or something like that - I don't like bananas so I've never had that)

Lunch Sunshine Season - never heard of it

Dinner Garden Grill - OK

Dinner 1900 Park Fare - my second favorite character dinner - we always eat a dinner here and at Chef Mickey's every trip (4-5 times a year)

Lunch Yorkshire @ UK - don't know

Dinner Spoodle's - you'll either love it or hate it. My husband loves it, I hate it.

Lunch Liberty Tree Tavern - OK

Lunch Concourse Steakhouse - my favorite restaurant for dinner!!!!! Great steak, prime rib, onion rings, desserts, eat dinner here!!!

Dinner Le Cellier - we had two lousy dinners here and will never go back although people usually rave about it on these boards

*Dinner Plaza Restaurant-- good burgers and sandwiches.

*Lunch Tusker House-- excellent chicken (fried or rotisserie)

*Lunch Hollywood & Vine-- ok buffet... I'd rather do Prime-Time, but if you're looking for value, it's the only all-you-can-eat in the Studios.

*Dinner Kona Café-- My favorite is lunch, try the Beef Teryaki Salad!

*Lunch Sunshine Season-- BBQ is good, "Pasta & Potato" has an excellent combo (bacon and cheese baked potato and a garden side salad).

*Dinner Garden Grill-- My FAVORITE!!! They serve family style, and after the first servings, you can have the server bring out more of whatever you liked best. Good variety, and the veggies are very fresh! Rosa is an excellent server (I'm sure there are others, but I always end up with her...) and the characters and scenery are fun too. I like to be seated around 7:30-8pm or late lunch around 3pm for minimum crowds.

*Lunch Yorkshire-- Good Fish and Chips... much better than the ones served at ABC Commisary @ Studios (maybe tempura batter @ ABC???)

This is my first post hope it's correct.

We love to eat at WDW restaurants.

Tusker house good food
Hollywood &Vine A good Buffet (ithink the best value for Fantasmic)
Rose&Crown Really Good Pub food and great BEER
Cape May Cafe Really good dinner (it was better when the crab was AYCE)
Chef Mickey's Good food great for the KIDS
Spoodles excellent especially if you go all out for the TAPPAS concept
Liberty Tree Tavern Lunch was good (relaxing during a day at MK)
LeCallier we ahd dinner befor the recent renovation (it was caffeteria/table then) The food was very good :earsboy:

Cape May Cafe Really good dinner (it was better when the crab was AYCE)

When was the crab all you can eat? We have been going since March of 1993, and the crab wasn't all you can eat, even back then.

I not sure what year it must have been arnd 95 or so and again a couple years later,
It was $18 or so on top of the buffet price and King crab legs were AYCE.
Now it's still a price on top of the buffet but for one shot.

Copper, you are right, it was an additional charge, but the crab legs were AYCE... I was thinking you were saying it was included in the original cost. Actually, when we went in 1993, they had live lobsters in a tank up by the buffet, and you could pick out one for an additional charge... then in 1998, it was the crab legs. By 2000, I believed they stopped the crab legs from being AYCE, though!
