Opinions needed for 2nd/3rd weeks of June

We would love to visit DL and the surrounding areas one year. How is June? Crowds/weather.

When visiting DLR, it is always wise to consult the AP blockout dates on the Disneyland website. If the two Socal APs are not blocked for the summer than you can assume it will be very crowded. Personally, I prefer July or Aug over June. Also in June you have grad nights that can cut into your park time.

we were just at DL last week. Weather was great.
First 2 days of our trip were non pass block out days. And they were busy, but I knew it was going to be this way so we were prepared. Wednesday & Thursday were grad nights which I thought would mean a little less day crowd, but that wasn't the case. We were again prepared. Wednesday was also the start of AP block out days. By Saturday the crowd level was really low because all passes were blocked. We had redeemed our Give A Day tickets for fast passes for the entire trip. Saturday we would use our fast passes just to use them (lines were really short) and the CM's would give them back to us.

How is mid-July? We are frequent visitors to WDW so not use to having July trips because we think extreme heat. If CA is not bad, as in weather & crowds we would consider July.

It will be hot, but not humid. To me, that is the difference. Sometimes June can be a tad chilly in the mornings and evenings. We usually go in July. We went at the end of June last summer and decided we prefer July. This summer we will try the first week of Aug.
