Opinions needed about bed situation in WL

We are going to the world at the end of oct and staying in the WL. Right now I have a CY room booked with two queen beds. I called yesterday to see if a woodsview room opened up and it didn.t so I asked about a CY with bunkbeds availability and that was open. Now my question is...should I pay an extra $115 to have bunkbeds or won't it matter? Our family arrangment is that we have dh and me, and two kids (dd is 3 and ds is 9). I can't see the two of them sharing a bed wtih as much as they both move around. I think they will drive each other crazy. And quite honestly, I don't really want to sleep with them either. So if we don't do the bunkbeds then dh and I will have to each sleep with one of them, or we will have to risk dealing with them fussing and waking all night if they sleep together. Anyone have a room with bb, and how did it work out?

Hi, I guess the $115. is the total extra you would have to pay?? In which case I would say TOTALLY worth it!! With KIDS anytime you can make your life easier(and FUN at the same time) and get more rest yourself take that opportunity!! I think with the way you descibed your children's sleeping habits this would just make your vacation more enjoyable for the family. And SLEEP is a VERY important part of vacation to keep everyone HAPPY.:) Joan

We've stayed at the Wilderness Lodge on our last two trips and got a bunkbed room. It was *perfect*. We also have myself, DH and two children. It was great to not have to sleep with them, but for them to have their own beds. I wish more Disney hotels put in bunk beds for this reason! It was the easier time we've ever had on vacation as far as sleeping arrangements go, so yes, it's totally worth the extra money. Oh, but I'd still keep checking to see if you could switch it to a Wood Room in case there are any cancellations. :wizard:

Take the bunkbeds ! It is worth the money. Perfect with your DD/DS combination. We've had them at both WL and AKL. Everyone sleeps well !! and the kids loved it.

We have two 'sleep wigglers' and even though the youngest is 2 yr. old (he is almost 3) he won't be able to fit comfortably in the pnp when we go next month so we opted for bunk bed rooms at AKL. That way DH & I will get our sleep since we won't have to sleep with either child and the kids will get their sleep since they'll both have their own space.

My only concern is that the youngest will like the extra room that the bunk bed gives him and revolt against his crib when we get back home.
