Looking for your opinions here...obviously no one knows for sure...

Do you think that Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade etc at Universal will affect crowds at all at WDW in July and August? (positively or negatively)??
Positively just because there's more people in the area...
Negatively because obviously they are going to Universal instead of Disney?

Did the Wizarding World open affect crowds at WDW?

We were actually at Disney when WW opened. We saw on the news the throngs of people waiting just to get in! It was insane. Crowds at Disney were still really large. It didn't seem to be any different than the usual June crowds at Disney. DHS was very crowded on the weekend days for SWW.
