There will be 2 families (all adults) going to Orlando after a Disney Cruise and we need opinions on these two hotels. One of us has stayed at Park Corniche but we'd also like to know if anyone has been at the Liki Tiki ... it is rated 3 or 4 stars by AAA.

HELP ... Thanks!

We stayed at Park Corniche in 00. Big suites but we found them a little bit worn down. How about Homewoodsuites near Universal? We will be staying there in May. Maybe a little bit more expensive and far away from Disney but look at Tripadvisor. Ranked no 1 in Orlando.

Been to Liki Tiki and Park, found Park to also be run down, Liki Tiki we liked... infact our family purchased vacation ownership there (back in 2003), don't know about it's current condition. They are both close to WDW though, so thats a plus. We recently tried Spring Hill Suites and liked it, loads of room, we got a comp room though so not sure about the pricing, I know rack is about $150 a night.

Thanks guys ... good info.

2 Angels ... You are killing me with your view of the Wonder and Magic...boy are you living in paradise. We're doing the 11 night Wonder the end of September and I just can't wait.

Hoppy Easter!

Not sure what price you are paying, but you may want to just check out Hotel Kingdom. Cypress Point Resort is very nice, close to the parks and usually pretty reasonably priced.

Happy planning

GoofyNut, DFiance' called me in at 5:30 to tell me he just her "When you wish upon a star", I have to say it's pretty cool. 11 Nights eh? Maybe we'll have a DIS meet.

We stayed at Liki Tiki in 2003 and the kids loved it! We are going back this August for 2 days. The kids requested that we go there for at least a couple of days. They love the little water park they have there.

We stayed at Parc Cornich last summer and we were very happy. I was afraid after reading some of the comments. The only reason we wouldn't stay there again is because we like to be able to walk to some things.

We have stayed at Parc Corniche twice and loved it both times. Not run down at all when we were there. See my signature for dates.

Loved having all the room. In fact I just said to my DH tonight, maybe we should change our ressies to Parc, becuase we are staying at POP in May, and Im already getting claustrophobic :rotfl2:
