Do the world show caser resturaunts open the same time as the park, 11 am? What about when the park has EMH's?

Do the world show caser resturaunts open the same time as the park, 11 am? What about when the park has EMH's?

I don't know about all the restuarants in the World Showcase, but Chefs de France doesn't open for lunch until noon.

The World Showcase doesn't open early for EMH, but it does stay open late on evening EMH. To the best of my knowledge, however, the restaurants do not stay open late on those evenings.

I think Le Cellier is another one that opens at noon as well.

The earliest I have ever been able to book ADRs in the WS was 11:30a. Akershus is open for breakfast, but it is a princess character meal.

When I've eaten at R&C, they didn't open until 12:00.
