Opening time to rent ECV?

I have ADR's before the official park opening. I was wondering when the place you rent the ECV opens? Do they open early so I will be able to rent one to get to the restaraunt I have the ADR with, or will I have to change the ADR time. I can walk short distances but not that long of a distance.

Hi and welcome to disABILTIES!

The Stroller (and wheelchair and ECV) Rental areas are not set up to do business before the park opens to regular guests. Have you thought about renting one from off-site; you would have it all the time and they are both faster and more maneuverable than the Disney ones.
