Opening order of lands?

Do the different lands at Disneyland open at different times? If so, what order? What is the best order to visit the lands (excluding Fantasyland)-February trip? What will the crowds be like February 10 (California Adventure) and February 12 (Disneyland)?

Fantasyland and part of Tomorrowland open early for those guest who have access to early entry. All other parts of the park open at park opening, with the exception of toon town which open 1 hours after park opening.

Saturdays are almost always going to be busy. Monday may be busy depending on whether local kids get the day off for Lincoln's Birthday.

The best way to "tackle" the parks will depend on who is going and what attractions they want to see.

To be more clear, Early Entry is not every day but only on Mon/Tue/Thurs/Sat. Once normal park hours commence, then all lands open at the same time at both DL and DCA, except, as Christa noted, ToonTown, which is one hour delayed.

I do not see a "best order" for visiting the lands. FantasyLand and Toontown have slow loading attractions, and the lines build up most quickly in those lands. So if anything, those would be the first to visit.
