What/why are the blackout dates that you indicate with an *?

If you have an OBB (on board booking) discount--you can't use it for these cruises. Blackout dates tend to be around holidays (in this case the 2 weeks around Easter), and special cruises (the 2 nt Baja ones).

San Juan is an exception to the PVSA, and you CAN sail between San Juan and Port Canaveral. DCL is wrong!

Yeah, There is no way that is correct. First, as noted, if true than it's the repositioning cruise that violates it, not the B2B. Second, Aruba is a distant port, so under DCL's flawed logic, ONLY the B2B cruisers would actually be in compliance.

What matters with the PVSA is where one boards the ship and where one disembarks. The first cruise starts in San Juan, and the repo ends in Port Canaveral. It's a perfectly legal b2b.

ETA: A distant foreign port stop is needed only for cruises between two different US ports, not including San Juan. That's why the Panama Canal cruise stops in Cartagena, Colombia.

Don't tell them you booked the first one, and maybe they won't notice! DCL has been on the wrong side of the PVSA several times.
