Opening Date For Transformers?

I think I've looked everywhere. Anyone know or hear a rumor about the opening date for the Transformers ride at USH? I know it's May but wondering what day?! We will be there May 31st and I'm so excited for this ride!

I think you're pretty safe for end of May. If not officially open they should be doing a soft opening by then. But so far there is no "official" word. I heard unofficially that they are holding for Michael Bey's schedule so he can be at the official opening - maybe mid May. I cannot see them not being open by Memorial Day weekend.

You will be fine. Official opening date has been announced. May 26th. I expect, from good sourced information, it will be soft opened most of May.

I received a Universal Annual Pass Email Newsletter today. It had a "save the date" paragraph announcing an AP preview opportunity May 4-6 for the Transformers Ride. I think it's safe to say it will be officially open by May 31. As skiingfast mentioned, I saw somewhere that Memorial Day weekend is the official opening for the ride. And if the AP preview is in early May, soft opens before the end of May are entirely likely. Woo-hoo!
