This is our first trip to Disney from Dec17-31st. Our girls are ages 7 & 8 we are in our 40's. We are looking for opinions on everyone’s favorite restaurants we cannot miss as a family and some alone time for mom and dad. There are so many and it is so overwhelming. Any suggestion for Christmas Eve dining and Christmas dining is appreciated. On property or off property is great. We will also be going to SeaWorld, Lego Land, and of course Universal and maybe Bush Gardens. Our main priority is Disney right now. If there is something else we should not miss please let us know. This is our Christmas and our girl’s birthday present.
We are staying at the Fort. any suggestions?

Well, eating in the castle at Cinderella's Royal Table would be a thought. it is a little on the pricey side, but you can't beat the atmosphere of being in the castle, especially if this is a special trip.

For mom and dad, I like California Grill. DH and I had a date night there and we loved it. We were there during Wishes so we went out onto the deck to watch it. I thought it was very romantic.

But could you tell us a little more? Are you looking for suggestions for sit down meals or counter service? DDP or no (I'm assuming no since you have some off-Disney plans)? Do your girls still like princesses? Do they have a favorite character?

My family went to Bluezoo (in Dolphin/Swan)for Christmas dinner last year and loved it so much. Very elegant and great food. Narcoosees would also be a yummy, elegant choice. LTT would give you a traditional turkey dinner in MK if that is more to your liking. I would probably do Mama Melrose for Chritmas Eve. Food is decent, italian, and would put you by the Osborne Lights on Christmas Eve. I can't think of anything more magical!

Well, our favorites:

Romantic-Cali Grill/Citricos (depends on the food you like)
CS-CHH and Peco's at MK
TS-Tony's at MK, San Angel Inn at Epcot, Sci Fi and 50's at HS
Character-Crystal Palace
Non buffet Character-Boma

Hope I helped!! :)
