Open booking...do I have to call to use it or can I go online?

I booked an open booking last September (2014) on the dream and want to book the dream again for the spring. Is there a way to book it online (can't seem to find one, but I may be looking in the wrong spot)? or do I have to call? I have the new two year hold thing they put in place so I have to use it by sept 2017.

If you booked the placeholder in September 2014, you must use it by September 2016.

Yup meant 16. Hit the 7 by mistake. lol It was 18 months when we bought it, but the extended it to 2 years after.

Honestly I have no idea what the perks are, but we knew we would be crushing DCL again so we did it anyway. lol Is there a list or something? I honestly have no idea what we "bought."

I didn't even know about the 10%. I thought it was just reduced deposit and room credit. thats awesome!
