DH has been dieting along with me but hasn't been faring very well. After almost 5 weeks, I found out today what the problem is. I had been buying him low fat yogurts, telling him he could eat as many as he liked as they were 'free' on the plan we are following. Except they're not - they are 3 'syns' each (he's been having 3 or 4 a day - as well as other 'syns'). No wonder he's not been losing much :guilty:

Oh dear! Have you tried the Muller Lights, they are free on Slimming world, the rhubarb one is lovely! :)

Have a look a what is in them on the carton. Most low fat yoghurts are loaded with sugar :confused3 Notice how they never say sugar free :teeth:

there are sugar free yogurts.....don't they sell them in the UK?

An exact same thing happened to one guy on celebrity fit club this week, he'd been eating 5 muller lite yogurts per day (this was a 32 stone man) and when they realised that was his favourite snack they analysed it and said it was loaded with sugar - just because there's 'no added sugar' on the tub doesn't mean theres no natural sugar in the product
