Hey guys- my maintaining is going okay but I think I need to get back to business with excersise and points- I am going to baby step my way back on plan and hope to be back 100% by next week.
I have been doing 30 slow crunches each night before bed. My eating has been on and off- have had some good days.
I have been having fresh mango smoothies almost every day and they are SO good- I am not giving them up I think they are about 4 points so I will work them into my eating plan.
Here are my modest goals:
Keep doing crunches every day- must meet water goal every day
Keep points under 28 today & tomorrow,
under 25 Sun & Mon, and then by Tuesday and on eat 23 or less.
Until September I am not getting back on treadie- TOO hot here. Will do lots of swimming, continue and increase crunches, and do lots of stretching. I have been stretching in and out of the pool- I can do a back bend!
I have lost 14 pounds since starting WISH- I would like to lose 20 pounds (6 additional pounds) by October 15th.
