Oops, Forgot to Bank

Here it is 2 days after the banking window closed and I just remembered about it. Feeling pretty low. Have 60 points that will expire 1/30/16. Cannot afford to fly to Florida right now, already have a trip planned for next feb on the boat.

Give MS a call and plead for mercy, they will usually help if they can.

I called, and member services was able to help. That is a huge relief

That happened to me, too, just recently. The day after they expired I noticed my mistake. Like you, I was still able to bank our points.
