I am going to read all the comparison thread & do my calculations but just an general answer from someone who has had this happen recently. DVC members & pay for DDP w/Visa Rewards (less hassle & take advantage of WPX for high end CS at least 2/x trip so usually break even or come out ahead) ...upcoming trip will now be for 3 ADULTS & 1 Child since DD is now 10. She was not usually satisified w/the kid portions but adult was too much.

I have just started adding prices w/3 adults & 1C & definitely don't see doing QSDP (loved that when 2 snacks & kids $11/each). Not really sure about DDP. HATE thinking of OOP at Le C & Cape May but if these are the only MUST DOS it might be worth just paying on 5 day trip. Need to see if can just use my Visa rewards there....

Any recent experiences w/child turning to adult?

My wife and I share a lot of meals, and when my boys were right at the age that WDW considers an adult, they were able to do so, too - so, for about 3 years we paid OOP. Now that my boys are older, the DDP is a much better option for us.
