If you wanted to have a lunch at biergarten , what time is good to get there so you are seated before the band starts ?

We ate there for lunch in December and our ADR was for 12:15. The band started at 12:45. It worked out perfect. We had time to get our food and drinks before the band started to play.

Currently, the band plays at 1:15, 2:15 and 3:15 for lunch. Shows last 25 minutes. I like to get there about 15-20 minutes before the band starts so I can be seated, get my drink order in and get my first plate of food before the band begins. Then my meal takes just a bit longer than the band's performance. Then I can pay and leave without the noise of the band. Works perfectly.

You guys actually try to miss the band???? When I was there in December, I thought the lead singer / trumpet player was beyond cute, so I kept waiting for the band to come back!!! But then again, I am a single female - I guess if you have wives, you might want to miss the band too!

Sorry for the confusion. No, I do not try and miss the band. I just said we get there 15-20 minutes before the band so we can place our drink orders and get the first plate of food before they start. We're eating while they are playing. Then we pay after the band is done when it's quieter and we can hear the server better. We are definitely there when the band is on.
