Pretty much. You don't often see them taking walkups for lunch.

Or you could make it yourself at home. The recipe is on the interwebs.

You can't. They won't do to-go orders and depending on the time of year you might need a reservation just to get in.

I have never seen LTT do a to go order. Keep checking online for a reservation and once seated you could order just the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake and eat it there or ask for a box, although it's a warm dessert served with ice cream so it's better eaten immediately.

It was worth the ADR. We ordered one and split it. We realized that it was too good to share and ordered another. We were basically the only people in the restaurant during the conversion from lunch to dinner.
