Oobi (Kids show on Nick Jr)

DD is a huge Oobi fan, and I think he's adorable. (Seriously-- super duper cute) Problem is, I can't find an Oobi DVD, or heck, even a VHS anywhere. I can't find Oobi anywhere, except for shabby videos on YouTube. Does anyone know of any Oobi videos anywhere? We DVR the episodes, but I'd like to free up some space!

DS use to love Oobi!! I still have the "eyes" I bought on EBay so he could play Oobie at home. I don't think I have ever seen a DVD of it. Have you looked on EBay?

I don't know where to find videos, but i'm glad to hear Oobi is still alive and well. Ms DS is 11 and we still quote Oobi to him. "Oobi share!" LOL

i've never seen dvd's either.

i found a pair of eyes at a thrift store when my son was little. he LOVED them... until they broke. at the time, oriental trading had some, so you could look there for the eyes.

Ok personally I dont really care for this show.... but if the kids like it, thats ALL that matters.... However, my 7yr. old brought something to my attention when he was watching an episode with his much younger 3yr. old brother... Why is it ok for the grandfather to bathe and pet kids??!! I dont mean to come across as a nasty mother or a sicko... This is a question that my CHILD brought to my attention after learning about his PERSONAL SAFETY in school.... I just wanted to bring it to the other parents attention, just in case their older children have any questions like mine did.... As I said before Im NOT against the show.... It teaches MANY MANY GREAT values and lessons!!! And for those that dont know they just started showing it again on Nick Jr at night at 7pm eastern time.

Because there usually isn't anything wrong with a grandpa bathing his grandkids. Yes, some relatives can abuse kids, but they all don't.
