Onsite first night, then offsite. Can I link all tickets to magic bands?

If I book one hotel night to get magic bands and two days of extra magic hours, can I link the tickets to the bands for the whole trip or will they only work for one night?

Your MB's will access any tickets linked to your profile in your MDE account. It doesn't matter how long you are staying at a WDW resort.

Tickets linked to your Magic Band thru My Disney Experience will work for the length of your visit. But, as you mentioned, you will only have access to hotel guest perks like Extra Magic Hours for the day and next morning that you are a registered hotel guest. Be sure to check the theme park calendar for the days of your visit as EMH change daily. Enjoy your visit!
