Onsite booking discount through DC

Anyone know more about this onsite booking discount. For such a great deal, I thought it would have gotten more responses on the Resort Board. We were thinking of trying to get this discount it in January for our May/June trip. Sounds like a great deal if you know when your next trip will be. Seems you have to book through DC. I'm not sure if you need a code or something, or if it is only offered to certain guests.

There are standard discounts throughout the year. The percentage depends on what season you are going. There also dollar amts off for certain pkgs.
We saved about $400 on our gold dreammaker in March.
