Onpoint patient registration question

I'm trying to do the patient registration part on the Cov19.health site. The site seems to want an office/employer code in order to proceed? Am I doing something wrong?

okay never mind apparently it was the site code they were looking for. This process is slightly overwhelming with the number of emails I've gotten.

The sitecode is included in the email with the registration link and Zoom info. We used ONPTCORP

I finally found it after going through the twenty or so emails I've gotten. Some of the emails from Safe Passage seem like duplicates too?

Funny thing is that I had Covid last month, started getting sick on a Tuesday night, finally tested positive Friday morning. Even the PCR one was negative. Thank god I got it then because I wouldn't have wanted to leave the cabin anyways.

I had the OnPoint person fill mine out while we were waiting for the results because I couldn´d find that code at first either.
