So as the title says I have only used Alamo in my 11 trips to Disney. Even with my AP discount Thrifty's price is about $90 cheaper this trip. I was wondering if anyone who has used both could help me feel at ease about booking with Thrifty.

Thanks!

Most rental car agencies are pretty much the same. If you rarely rent cars and are not interested in benefits of their frequent rental program, go with the cheapest. I would stick with agencies with locations at the airport (sometimes this isn't possible).

Dollar owns Thrify and they are located in the airport. They assign your car, if that matters to you.

Thanks for the reply's. I guess I was wondering about the pick up and drop off process. Alamo is so easy...you go to a kiosk in the airport and check in without waiting on line, then you walk to the section of your size of car and pick one, hop in and drive to the gate, hand them your stuff and off you go. Drop off even easier...drive in, unload your stuff, wait for the employee to come over scan your car and hand you a receipt. Done.

With Thrifty is it that simple? Do I have to check in/out in the terminal or is it all 1, 2, 3 easy as pie?

You have to check in at the terminal, go to the garage, go to the assigned parking spot, grab the car and hope there is not a long line and one check out agent.

What other codes have you tried for Alamo? sometimes the AP rate is not the best.
