Only some memberships show up when making a new reservation

I have multiple memberships.

When I try to make a new reservation the dropdown menu for selecting which membership I want to use is not showing all of my memberships but only some of them. Normally all would be there but now some are gone.

Anyone else with multiple memberships experience the same behavior? - wonder if this is another Disney glitch.

All of my membership are showing on my dashboard.

I have this same issue today. I just posted a thread on the misc forum. I lost a reservation I have been stalking for three months this am because of it.

Wow that’s crazy.

I tried just for testing to modify a reservation made with one of the disappearing memberships and I got the Dino page after clicking modify.

I assume we will see some general outages for the club member site later today when they need to fix it.

I see the same thing and contacted Member Services. They are investigating. I'll post again once I hear something.

I am glad I saw your post right after I posted my thread because I was afraid I was either going nuts or there was something very wrong with my membership. I hope they fix it soon.

Lol, I had the same feeling and needed to post here to ask.

Member Services told me my account looks fine; they have no reason why it should not be appearing in the booking tool. I told them multiple members are reporting the same problem online. In addition, they told me other members are calling in to report the same problem. They have elevated the issue to IT.
