Epcot--Anything in the World Showcase; I wouldn't be picky
DHS--One Man's Dream (not technically a ride, or probably not even really considered an 'attraction' but it is my favorite thing in all of DW)

EP - The underwater Nemo ride (rode Soarin at DL - LOVED it)
DHS - RnR, no wait, Fantasmic! augh! TSM!

EP: Not sure, I can't remember everything from that trip, sadly....

DHS, which at the time was still MGM: Star Tours. Being the Star Wars freak that I am, this is a MUST!

AK: Was not built yet when I visited in 1996.

This is a hard question, because I would never allow myself to only limit myself to one attraction/show. But if I must then here it is :

MK- Toss up between BTMRR and Splash (I guess whichever has the shortest line would win out)

Epcot- Soarin

DHS- TSM hands down
