If you were only making one dinner reservation for your vacation, which restaurant ( parks or resorts) would you choose and why?

Victoria's & Albert's. Absolutely spectacular meal. An experience you won't forget.

Wow. That's a tough one. But, we usually DO make only one, or maybe two, ADRs per trip. We just don't like be tied to a schedule.

Here are some form various trips.

Crystal Palace....because BFF was with us and Pooh is her favorite, and the food is decent.

Le Celliar - because DS loves the pretzel bread and cheese soup. We would go for lunch and split the burger. Not sure now that is has changed. We may still go just for apps.

Chef Mickeys...because DS loves it (the atmosphere....I think the food is just average.)

O'Hanas....because we really enjoy it.

Sci Fi....cool atmosphere for kids. But I think the food has gone downhill.

CRT....it's just a nice experience.....but only do it once every 3 or 4 years.

If I was going without DS, I'd like to try more...but I'm not sure what my first choice would be. What kind of food/experience are you wanting?

Victoria and Albert's!

There are only 46 restaurants in the entire United States rated with Five Diamonds by AAA. This is one of them. And it may also be the least expensive Five Diamond restaurant in the country.

V&A if money wasn't a factor.
But for our family Ohanas...great food, tons of it, and the kids love the atmosphere.

V&A if money wasn't a factor. If it was, then Be Our Guest since we haven't been able to go there yet.

My family would push for O'hana...I'd rather do a signature or a place I haven't been yet (better yet, a signature I haven't been yet...Yachtsman, Flying Fish, Cali Grill, Citricos, Narcoossees or Fultons).

With kids under 15
Chef mickeys

Couple
Yachtsman Steakhouse...V&A takes too much play time..we go to Disney to ride rides...food just fuels the next race to Splash Mountain but we love a good steak

With friends
OHANA

I usually only do make ONE ADR--Boma--every time.

Would love V&A but way out of my budget.

Biergarten in Epcot - a family favourite, my kids loved the dancing and they talk about it frequently when they talk about Disney

Be Our Guest. Food was great. Thought the theming was so well done to go with the movie. Service...didn't take forever away from park to have dinner. Liked how the desserts weren't overwhelmingly big. Didn't break the bank.

Well I'm going for 4 days soon and have only Jiko and Brown Derby reserved. It is not a Victoria & Albert's kind of trip though.

We reserved LeCelliar about 3 months out - we love the food, atmosphere/theme and mostly had good servers. Saturday at lunch we had a stellar experience - all the staff were great: host, runners, fellow waitstaff. I'm glad we reserved because they weren't taking walk-ins even tho 1/3 of the place seemed available. I noticed we were seated all over so maybe it's all about crowding. We just able licked our plates - DH had the rib-eye (huge piece), DD had the filet and I the veal . With drinks it ran about $170 w/tip - We just had lunch previously at the S&D Cabana Bar with ran $120 w/tip (2 burgers & a BBQ).

this is an almost IMPOSSIBLE question to answer!! If you want a Character Meal I'd go with Crystal Palace, but for dinner for me it's a tie between Ohana and something in World Showcase (whatever type of cuisine you like) such as Chefs de France, Biergarten, Le Cellier etc

For us, a vacation to WDW is about the kids and the characters, so...

I would say Crystal Palace. We have gone to Crystal Palace and Sci Fi every trip (only 3 so far). [Or I would say Sci Fi for dinner and Crystal Palace for breakfast since you said "one dinner reservation"]

I also have always wanted to eat at CRT, but it has never happened. I don't expect the food to be good, but I think we should experience it once.
