the funniest thing I've seen in this city had to have been the walking msn ad. when they first introduced the "butterfly" they hired a bunch of roller skaters to dress as butterflies and skate around the city.

NYC LOL! Reminds me of a story my mom always tells. It was about 1968 she was recently home from Germany and went into the sister with my Aunt and godfather.

They were riding the train home at about 4:00 a.m. and on walks this masked man, dressed kind of like Zoro! Naturally my mom et al had been drinking a little and could not help but laugh. Although, there were a little creeped out as there were 2 rapes that same night. They always wondered about that guy!

I was walking through Port Authority a few weeks ago, and saw a man in scuba gear flip flopping his way along. I cracked up, since only TWO people even reacted to this guy passing by!

I know we have tons of women with beehive, blonde hairstyles around here, I hardly ever notice, but I would definitely notice the scuba guy. And -- if everyone else seemed not to notice him, that would have made me roar laughing.
