Only have 1 day for ADR's

I am at LAX for a conference next week. The day it is over I am moving over to the GCH for one night. Leaving out of LAX at 11 the next morning.

So for the one day I'm there I could fit in maybe 2 ADR's.

Which restaurants would you recommend. One for a late lunch and one for a late dinner.

I don't know the answer, since it's been almost 30years since I've been there, but are you planning to be in one of the Parks, or do you want to eat at the resorts and/or Downtown Disney?

Either way, it sounds like fun to me!

I heard Jazz kitchen is the way to go for the late dinner, they take late reservations!

Do you like Mexican Food? Tortilla Joe's is good and they have great Mojitos!
It's in DTD, not far from the GC.
Carnation Cafe is good, it's on Main Street and it has a few tables.
French Market in NOS is yummy. It is buffet tho, although I think the food is quite good.
Storytellers in the GC is a good spot for any meal.
