We will only get to spend 1 day in each park when we go. I am planning to spend the entire day in each park. We have Le Cellier ADRs for 12:00 lunch. What would you suggest for dinner? Just a CS meal or something better? We are on a budget so any signature places are out. I was thinking about Beaches & Cream but want to get input from you guys on what you like.

I like the fish & chips @ Rose and Crown. It's been a few year since we've been there, but if I can recall, it was only about $15-$17. But better check the restaurant menu prices.

I located it: Fish and Chips - Batter-fried fresh Cod served with English chips and Garden peas. - $16.99

With only 1 day per park, even tho it's not far to the BC I'd stay in Epcot.

You're going to have a nice dining experience at LeCellier at noon that will use at least an hour (or more) of your day. With so many places around WorldShowcase for snacks &/or counter services, unless you really have your heart set on a 2nd sit down meal, I would snack my way around the world for dinner :goodvibes but I wouldn't try to do it at 6pm - do it when others won't be competing with you in the lines :thumbsup2 ENJOY!

agreed with the above post- also we love sunshine seasons- so much to selection and not that crowded after 6PM

Another vote for snacking - or eating your way around the World - at Epcot. This park has lots of great counter service choices. Fish & Chip's at England's Yourshire County Fish Shop, Tangierine Cafe (my favorite!), the Cantina at Mexico, Sunshine Seasons - so no mater where you are in the park, you can find a good choice for a yummy, reasonably priced dinner at Epcot. This park is the one park that has lots of good CS choices throughout the park.

I'm all for maximum time enjoying the park. Table service takes touring time. And if you are on a budget, the counter service is definitely less expensive.
