Only attend Xmas party or summer after hours event

We are thinking of just doing MK this June for just night hours- or late December holiday party. We will be in Florida and I thought this would be a good mini stop. Anyone ever just do this? I won’t need to purchase ILL or genie pass which I like.

I'm partial to the Christmas party. I think its a better value.
Either way you have to ensure you're going to be there on the correct dates to do a special event night.

We’ve done this a few times and always enjoyed ourselves! We go in with the outlook that we won’t do nearly everything but a taste of Disney is better than no Disney!
