Only 4 resorts available for our dates

Only 4 resorts were available for our upcoming October stay. We ended up with Allstar Music but we're hoping some other resorts become available, allowing us to switch to others we love like POP or AoA. Any thoughts about if more will open and why/why not? Of course we'll be fine if it doen't happen, but I'm cusious why only 4 resorts are open amongst all the various values...

Probably because of the 50th Anniversary Celebration.

Just wait for more of us to cancel. I'm probably going to cancel my October stay at Beach Club for the weekend after the 50th. A lot of other people are talking about canceling too.

There will be cancellations as October approaches but many also trying to book. You just need to check constantly and jump on it if a more appealing resort pops up with availability.

Keep checking. I already canceled my October reservations. I had various dates throughout Oct. Hoping 2022 will be better.
