Ok. We're going to be at WDW for 3 days, but we want to go to all 4 parks. What is the BEST way to do this? We've been to MK many times, and so there are a few things we think we could live without doing. We really love Epcot and want to devote a FULL day to it, and we've only been to MGM and AK once and we only spent about 2 hours at AK the first time we went. This is a loose itinerary:
May 29-arrive in Orlando
May 30-AK from opening until about 12, then head over to MGM
May 31-Epcot
June 1-MK

Does that sound like we'll have enough time to do some of the really good stuff? Also, is there some kind of transportation from AK to MGM or vice versa?

Any opinions or ideas would be MUCH appreciated!!!!::yes::

I'd either skip or do a real short visit to AK.........unless of course, you have kids and they really NEED to see the animals..........

Then if you can handle it, I'd go to whichever park is open the latest on the same day you 'bolt' from AK...............

And Since AK is so far out there, you may have to take a bus to the TTC and then either get a bus, monorail or boat to which ever park you decide is next.............Me personally, I'd go to AK from opening til noon and then go to MK since it is usually open later and you can do the "commando" verson....................

Just my two cents.............

Have fun:hyper: :hyper: :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

What time do you arrive on the first day? When do you leave on the last? Maybe a UPH will give you the extra time you need. Are you staying in a Disney resort? If so check into EMH. Have you checked out the tables in the guidebooks and online about what days are slow and what days are busy? Between EMH and the fact that it will be late May and supposedly not as crowded you shouldn't have a problem seeing all four.

Piece O'Cake....Park hopper required...Full day at MK and Epcot and half days at AK and Disney MGM. Go to AK from opening to about noon. You should be able to see everything (at least briefly) and then to the Studios. Disney MGM is open later than AK and right now, at least, there are fewer things to see and you should be able to fit them all in. Busy days but probably worth it.

The other cool thing is you can easily go back and forth between MK and Epcot via Monorail if you wish. Have a great time.

I think your plan is just what I would do. We did all that we wanted and more at AK in halfday, and i was sick and taking puke breaks too! I don't think you'll have a problem getting the highlights done in 3 days =)

Thanks for all the replies! I like a reassuring word that maybe we're doing the right thing every once in awhile :)

I am assuming the "we" of your group are adults or children capable of going from park open to park close. Your plan seems good given your priorities.

Memorial day weekend is quite crowded - arrive early and take advantage of fastpasses as much as possible.

I believe you will need to make some compromises on your AK/MGM day.

I doubt if you will be able to do both Festival of the Lion King and Tarzan Rocks shows before noon. Again, assuming no small kids - you will not need to spend much time in DinoLand except for the Dinosaur ride (I think I remember Dinosaur being down for repair sometime in May or June - not sure ???)

We visited MGM the Saturday before Easter - it was very crowded, especially the TOT - RNR area. The fastpasses for these were all gone by mid afternoon, the standby lines were 60 to 75 minutes.

At Epcot the only problem we had was with TT - again by mid afternoon all fastpasses gone and over an hour wait. (We did not check Mission Space). Also, surprisingly there was a 45 minute wait for the Norway boat ride, but you could walk right on the Mexico boat ride - go figure.

Have a good trip - do what you can with the time you have.

Jeff

ps - check closing time for MK - if it is open very late on Monday (memorial day), but closes early on Tuesday, you may wish to switch your Epcot and MK days - or you could park hop between the two on those two days.
