If I could onlly go one day to either Universal or Islands of Adventure.......what park would you suggest we go to? We have three children ages 6, 8 and 10.

If I had two days, would you say to stay at each park one day each - - or hit one park two days to get all accomplished at that one park.

Thanks!

If I were you, I would look at the UO website and see which park had more that you wanted to see and do. I would start with that park and decide at the end of the day what I wanted to do the next day. Me- I would get a two day two park pass. Hope this helps!

It depends of course on personal preferences. If you (or the kids) really want to see Harry Potter World you will have to go with Islands of Adventure. If that is not a major concern AND if the kids are not thrill seekers I would vote for Universal Studios. During our last trip (kids 6 and 8) there was very little for them to enjoy at Islands of Adventure. Seuss World is great but most everything else was just a little too wild for them. However, my kids are not fearless daredevils (quite the opposite) so it will depend on your kids.

I have same dilemma - once in a lifetime from Australia so I am getting two park express park for one day and commando plan. in saying that there is only three of us - expensive but not as expensive as 5 people

With kids your ages, I would only go one day and fit in as much as you can in that day with both parks, leaving out the wildest rides. If your youngest can handle a somewhat wild dark ride like Spiderman or Forbidden Journey, you should be good to go. FJ should not be a scary ride (as where that is the intention of Mummy). Skip the coasters and rollercoaster simulators (Despicable Me and Simpsons) unless you are sure your youngest can handle them.

I can't choose between them..Look to see which has more rides your kids are interested in and go with that park. Both can be done in one day IF you are only doing a few things in each
