Online system has me in panic mode!

I am about to have a heart attack.

I have been tinkering around with my ADR's for our trip that is in three weeks. I cancelled a few, made a few more and then suddnely after I did the last one, when I hit "my reservations" only one came up! Out of nine reservations, one is listed.

When I go in and manually enter my ADR conf#'s it tells me they cannot find those other numbers.

Has anyone had this happen? Everything was fine and then boom, its like everything but one disappeared.

If that system has somehow messed up and cancelled all my adr's I am going to be very upset. Its free dining, my trip is less than three weeks out and I have one lousy ADR showing up.

I haven't had what you describe happen, but I have had ALL of my ressies not show up. I was on one night when the reservation site was being weird, and it wouldn't pull up any of my reservations, even though I was logged on correctly. I logged out, cleared cache, and same thing...nothing! Um, panic much?!? I went on the next day and all better!

I hope you've called to see what is going on, and that it's just a glitch in the system. If not, I'd let them know what happened and perhaps they can work a little magic to get you back some of the reservations you've lost.

Lastly, PM me if you called and they're lost and they can't do anything for you...if you have to try and replace your ressies on your own, when I'm looking for my coveted LC day/time (for the tenth time in one day!), I'll try to check what you're looking for too. (I'm not sure if the previous is allowed...if it isn't for some reason, please forgive!).

I am having the same problem and we leave on Saturday. When I went in to check my reservations, they were gone. I tried to pull them up using the confirmation #'s and only some are coming up. I have 15 or so reservations and only some are coming up. What is going on?

I would call the dining number and check with a live human. Chances are, the online system is just being wonky.

Keep all your ADR numbers handy. I bring them to every restaurant, just in case they can't find me. (That's never happened, though).

I was able to go in and rebook everything but two. Right now I am on hold with Disney Dining listening to Its a Small World.

Thank goodness we have booked mostly places that aren't that popular. But I do not relish telling my dd that Crystal Palace and Tony's are not happening and I am not happy I had to book Sci Fi at a time that is completely not when I want.

ETA: I got through and the cm was able to bring up my ADR's. By now I had duplicates for 7 of my 9 ADR's. She cancelled the duplicates. What irritates me is that she got all sarcastic with me saying "you must like steak since you are eating at Yachtsmen at 5:10 and 5:30 on the same night" and "wow you guys must be Chinese freaks since you are going to 9 Dragons twice". I kept saying, "look I got worried and made ADR's again when nothing but one ADR showed up online". No "gosh I am sorry, but its fine". She interrupted me and when I said "hey can you email me all of this" she replied "yeah you wish but I can't, anything else". Rudest cm I have ever gotten on the phone. Oh well, it worked out.

And when I bring up my ADR's online, only the duplicates I just made that she just cancelled showed up. I tried manually entering all my ADR's and not one of them will come up.

Idiot system.

My best advice is to call them and if you don't have them already written down, write down all your cofirmation numbers so you have them in case they don't get it fixed before you leave.

One last note, I am for sure having guest services at CBR print mine out for me the minute we check in. That way I have a written thing from Disney itself if there is any problem.

Funny how the fear of losing ALL your reservations make that one small missing ressie look like less of an issue.

Still, don't give up hope - I have a fallback ressie that I JUST found this week for 4:30pm on a day I'd rather do somewhere else, but it is do-able and I'll keep it while hoping to find what I really want (the next day or two, slightly later dinner time if possible). I had been looking for almost four weeks for that reservation though, and am happy to have it if something else doesn't work out.

Glad to hear your ressies were there, but sorry to hear you got a snot of a CM. I wouldn't said something about a failure in their reservation system when she responded like that!
