Online Surveys

I was just wonderning if anyone out there has ever heard or actually made any money from taking "online surveys" from different companies/businesses, etc.? I keep reading and hearing people talk about it but not sure if it is on the up and up. It sounds to good to be true.

If you have or do, is there any particular site that has the information or that you use? Thanks for the help in advance.

I do pinecone but it is not really a money maker. You get $2 or $3 per survey. I average a few surveys a month. There are a lot of other ones out there where you earn "points" to redeem for stuff. Doing surveys isn't an income supplement but its kind of fun to do on occasion.

I would be leary of any site claiming you can "make a side income" by doing surveys.

The companies I have done surveys for and successfully received compensation are Pinecone research, Sunshine Rewards, Cash Duck and Inbox Dollars. Most of these survey companies use the same survey servicer(Greenfield or OTX). And you can only complete one survey per day which usually pays about $1 per survey. Definitely can't make a living off doing surveys, but you can make some mad money.

I do surveys from 2 online companies -- Your2cents and Opinion Outpost. I've been doing them since June -- I try for each one I get emailed (don't always fit the demographics they're looking for) but to give you an idea, I've made about $80 since June. Not gonna' make me rich, but every extra penny goes into the Disney Fund, so it's all good!

I do surveys through several different companies it doesn't bring in an income but I manage to make 200 or more dollars a year. it goes into the WDW fund.

I do one for points on U.Talk.Back You get "thank you" points usually 3-5 if you don't qualify, and sometimes up to 60-70 if you do. There's only been a handful that I've completed in the past year. They have a tendency to fill fast, so you have to do it the day you get the email for it. I'm bad about checking my email every day so it's been a slow go. But for 400 points I can redeem for a 50$ Gamestop gift card, which could be one or two new video games for doing nothing.

There was one place in the mall back home, Broward Mall, that would do surveys, with payment of 3-10$ each time, but you could only do one a month. So me and Kari would go in, seperate (as they have a tendency to target single people), and then go get auntie ann's pretzels as a treat.
I thought it was pretty fun, and never took more than 10-15 minutes.

I do survey's for my suvey. I usually get between $50 and $100 per year. When you request money it usually takes about 3 weeks to get a check.

Ive done Pinecone, they dont send too many out though, wish I could do more.

Any comments on ZOOM for a program? I am accumlating points, which can be redeemed for gift cards or gifts. I am doing it just for fun, but have only made enough points for a bout a $10 gift card. I was on another program and they changed their point system and I lost what I was accumlation, plus their surveys were difficult to follow, compared to Zoom.

I do surveys through opinion place dot com as well as survey through sunshine rewards. With opinion place you can only do 1 survey every 2 weeks and an occasional bonus survey. Payment ranges anywhere from $1 to $4.50 a survey and i just get it through paypal. With sunshine rewards, you can try for 2 (3 if your a super member) surveys daily. If you get both surveys, then it's worth $1.55, if you get all 3 it worth $2.15 a day. I started with sunshine rewards in May of this year and have earned over $300 if surveys alone. I belive you can cash out through payal, but I'm saving my earning for disney spending mony via the disny gift card.
