Online Services on Thanksgiving Day

I need to modify some rooms on Thanksgiving Day. I know MS is closed that day, but will I still be able to do it online?

Disney Vacation Club Holiday Hours

In observance of the holiday season, Member Services, Member Administration and Member Accounting will be closed on the following dates:

• Thanksgiving Day - Thursday, November 22, 2018

The Member Online Booking tool, online banking, Loans and Annual Dues payments will remain available during this time. Please check back for other modified hours during this time.

I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble today with online booking.
I am trying to book at my home resort right at the 11 month window. When I put in dates in comes back at full availability on all room categories. As soon as I select one of them
It says room no longer available. The availability calendar shows everything is available. Just curious if it is just me.

I believe you might have to wait till 8:00am? I was receiving the same message last week but pretty sure at 8:00, that message disappeared.

Can anyone tell me how to add (online) 3 additional nights to my vacation next October? I have 16-22 Have never modified online before. It's available today.

That would be correct about it having been too early to book.

It may be too late now but to modify just go to your dashboard and choose to modify the existing reservation. Follow the steps choosing your new intended stay and confirm.

Ok, thanks. Here is my concern. I have Oct 16-22 booked. I want to add 22-25. Do I rebook the 16-25 on the modify screen? And if I do, will it only ask for the necessary points for the extra 3 nights?
Or do I add on the 22-25 portion and supply those 3 nights points?

You would select the entire stay. The dates that you have already booked will show as being available when modifying even if they are not otherwise available. In the end it will use the points that you currently are using as well as any additional points needed and give you a chance to borrow if needed.
