Can you make the reservations that must be pre-paid, like Hoop Dee Do, online? If so, how does the payment work? Thanks!

When you check-out, you give them your credit caed number, and they cherge your card for the meals. If you're on the dining plan, they take your number in case you don't show-up, and then cherge it.

We are on the dining plan and it still asked for credit card info. I haven't made the final payment yet. So do they simply deduct this amount from the final amount due?

The credit card is charged if you don't show-up, and don't meet the notification requirements that you won't. There have been reports of people having their cards mistakenly charged at the time of the reservation. Check your statement.
