Online reservations?

Did online ADR's go live today ?

If not, is there a live date for the general public?

No, and on their dining Faq page where it would say you could make reservations by calling WDW DINING, this morning there was also a clickable link that said or "make reservations online"(but the link only took you back up to the top of the faq page again) and now the link is gone, so who knows? Seems like they are/were getting ready, but perhaps there is now a delay or problem. Or perhaps the guess of May 26th that was floating around was right.

We received word this afternoon that not only did it not go live but there is no new date.

With the new dine system not even working this morning it was prob a good thing it didn't work.

I can't imagine that they would open the online dining system during the free dining frenzy. They couldn't keep the system up and running today (90th day out from the beginning of free dining.) There were long wait times, disconnects, and system crashes in the middle of reservations being made. And, of course, there were restaurants that were already booked up.

EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!! And imagine being on the other end of that phone....ugh!! Guests were magical for the most part!

Actually, opening during the "free dining frenzy" would free up the CMs and make life in general for all of the humans on Disney's end much easier. If the online works, of course. I'm sure they were deliberately trying to get it up before the free dining dates kicked in and ran into problems (as with most major IT projects I've ever been involved in).
