Online reservations not working!

I HATE Disney's new site. Had no issues booking dining last year. Got up extra early to book my 180+10 reservations this morning. The new site shows my hotel reservations with my confirmation # etc. but only lets me book up to October 6 (arrival day).

So I tried the UK site. Got linked up... Got Crystal Palace booked... but after that, it just gives errors..

I know i can call at 6am (CST), but I have to be at work at 6:30. I could seriously just cry.

I got up early too ugh I did my first one and that's it. So frustrating

Well... I logged out of the UK site, cleared all browser history, closed browser.. posted this and took a few deep breaths.. tried again in a few minutes, and got all my reservations except BOG (tried making that one all the way up to October 12 (our last full day) and NOTHING. Oh well.. maybe next year. I booked Sanaa instead.

Kind of ridiculous that you have to make ressies using an obscure (well, obscure to US residents) version of their web site, that I NEVER would have known about without Disboards. They really need to get the US web site together, or at least make it easier for people to figure out..

I had to get up in the middle of the night here in Alaska its 1:30am in the morning. Same as you all, I can't get past my first day. So I am going to call as soon as I can, so much for BOG. I have no faith in all the new tech they are introducing when they can't get the current systems to work.

Updated, I ended up calling at 7am, which is 3am my time. Was on hold for a half hour but got everything I wanted including BOG at 4pm on Oct 8th for 4 people! The lady making the reservation was surprised there was anything! So it's always worth checking. Now linking those reservations is making the app crash like crazy but at least I have them!
