Online Reservation Request Form?

Does anybody use the dvc website reservation request form or does everybody just call into member services?
 
Don't know how many may use it, we do not. It is obviously not a real on-line reservation system. They say they will get to the on-line request within a day or two and inform you of whether you get the reservation. When trying to reserve something, you really want instant response and not have to worry about whether what you want might disappear before they ever get to your on-line request.
 
I use the online form most of the time. As I own at OKW and generally book within the 11 month window, I rarely have availability issues, so the online (basically an email request) format works fine for me.

But, for the smaller resorts, like VWL, and the Epcot area resorts, I'd definitely call, especially if you are within the 7 month window.
 
I have only used it once and that was to change my BLT room from SV to LV.

It was about 5 months out and I wasn't worried about whether or not it would happen so figured it was just as easy to do it this way.

I tried to use it before and it took almost 3 days for them to get back to me. I ended up calling in and getting my reservation done the next day instead of waiting for them to respond. Wouldn't use it again.
