Online Reservation Confirmation Constipation

Yes, I think the system is constipated. Is there anybody else who has added Disney's Magical Express and it has suddenly disappeared from the confirmation???

In addition, they have me listed as a guest on my reservation twice.
 
Nobody else is having issues with the view of their reservation online? :badpc: Why did Disney single me out? :(
 
I have been emailing Disney's guest relations about my online problems. When I first booked my ressie, it had a place to put my Magical Express details (flight #, etc.). I did this and checked it over and it was right. The next time I logged in it had the month of January instead of August! Then even later the Magical Express info was compeltely dropped.

So, I emailed Disney about all the problems and frustration I was experiencing. They asked me specific details and I emailed them back. They are working hard on fixing these problems. They told me that I should refer back to the confirmation I got from earlier and not consider the online "My Vacation" info as accurate until they get the bugs worked out.

Just to give you piece of mind, you are not alone, and I'm sure your ressie is as you booked it. They are working very hard to fix the problems. If you have further questions I suggest you email Disney Guest Relations (web development area) and let them know what's going on so they can fix your problems so others do not have them as well. The email they have given me is guest.mail@wdw.disneyonline.com. Good luck!
 
I actually called them late this morning and the CM said they are still having web issues, but the majority of the internal issues have been fixed. I sure hope so.

last night i went online to check that my phone ressies went thru , it was showing me all of my past ressies but not the new one, i panicked and called cro they were able to locate my new ressie , i was told the system is not linking properly at this time

Yep, my old ressie for February that was cancelled is the one that keeps showing too. Disney told me that is the main glitch they are trying to fix.

I found if you enter your confirmation/reservation # and phone number in the area on the "My Vacation" page it will pull up the current reservation.
 
Ten minutes ago I booked my Oct. vacation online! Should I call CRO and make sure that everything is okay? :earseek:
 
they have one of us listed twice as well and my 12 year old daughter,
is listed as 7 even though the b'day is right.
