Online Res down today?

I was trying to price out some options for April, but every single resort I press says not available for your dates/party size (2 adults/2 kids). Obviously, something is up b/c I don't think every single resort is booked for April lol.....Any insight/info on online reservations today? Thanks!

I saw posts last night that said people were having the same issue in February. Someone called and the system isn't working right and they are in the process of fixing.

I was able to see prices yesterday but only if I looked at packages. It would not show me room only. However, when I tried to book, it wouldn't let me past the part where you put in the names of the traveler. It also hung up on that page. So I had to call but the CM had no issues booking.

When I looked today, it wanted to default to the Enchanted something or other discount. If there were no rooms available at the discounted rate, it said nothing was available. It also would say nothing was available if looking beyond the dates of the discount. So make sure you click in the circle for room or package, not discount, and see what happens. (Maybe nothing, but worth a shot.)

I noticed when you are in the no availability spot, if you edit your dates (but just re-search) that they seem to show up after.

I'm guessing, hopefully I might add, for AP discounts to get released tomorrow or Tuesday. Following the trend last year from General to AP. Edited to add not the date they came out, but days between general public and AP.

What's got me is currently absolutely nothing is availabile with the General to have hope for AP. Trying to be happy that I already have what we want. Unless there's a great deal elsewhere to take us away from our beloved AKL.

Someone in another thread reminded us to delete our cookies before searching on the Disney World website. Apparently that helps sometimes.

I've been having the same problem the past few days. I've searched a range of dates from end of Fall to Winter and Spring dates, few rooms come up for any offers and when I click on "Room" only, NOTHING comes up. When an offer comes up, I click on it and suddenly nothings available? This is driving me insane! Oh, and the CHAT feature has conveniently been turned OFF!!!!!

I was doing fine all day (slow day at wnd ork) searching and re-searching dates around Halloween for room only, then bam around 4:30p or so, it started only showing me packages. I thought maybe it would snap out of it on my home computer, but no such luck. Maybe they will get it fixed tonight and release AP rates tomorrow....
