Has anyone been able to make a payment with their credit card online? I have to call every time and this has been the situation for over 6 months. Am I doing something wrong?
I've never had a problem making payments. Are you using a mobile device? I haven't because I don't like the way the DCL website loads in on iPad, so I only use a desktop PC or Mac.can you use an iPad to make payments on?

if you booked through a travel agent you will not be able to see any where on the site to put in payments...all payments have to be made through the TA. I found this out a couple years ago when we switched our cruise over to a TA after we got off the ship...I was having a mini-freakout trying to find out what I was doing wrong!I'm on a MAC and I just cannot see where to do it, either. I purchased online. So far, just the resort. I couldn't even figure out how to pay in full so I had to make a call to pay the balance the first time.
If you booked a room-only resort reservation, I don't believe there is an online payment option though you can do it by phone. Resort packages can be paid online, as can DCL reservations (when the website is working properly). Any reservations with a TA need to have payment made through the TA.
