Online payment- What am I missing?

On the my disney cruise website, I see the button "make a payment", but when I click it I get taken to my reservation information. No visual of how to make a payment. Actually, when I click on any of the buttons under that section I get taken to the same page.

Is this a website malfunction, or am I doing something wrong?

I did. So I suppose that's the problem- however, she just sent me a form from her company that said I needed to pay on the disney site. I'll check in with her.

The only travel agency that I've heard you can still make your own payment through is Dreams Unlimited (tied to this site). We used a different agency for our cruise and had to have them make the payment. It wasn't a big deal, we just e-mailed her and said please pay our balance with the same CC we used for the deposit.
