For those of you on previous thread that have just made Palo reservations online, can you please provide me instructions on doing this...I cant seem to find this...I just called DCL for help, but they have no idea ....

Go to disneycruise.com and log-in. If you are not already a member of that site, you'll need to create an account (free), and then you can access your reservation -- to do that you will need to enter your Disney cruise confirmation number (on your tickets) and your birthday. Then you'll be able to make Palo reservations, register your children, sign up for Nassau/CC tours and activities, etc. It really is a fantastic enhancement to the Disney cruise experience, and I applaud DCL for it.

I did that....keep getting an error message that you cannot view reservation at this time ....I think site is inundated

I did mine last night at 11:00! I had no problem. It was great getting that taken care of.(booking Palo). I just couldn't get the part for the spa or fitness center to work. I will check back on it later.

Did you book through a TA?

Are you paid in full?

We booked through a TA but have paid in full and can see our ressie on DCL (including assigned stateroom number). Just can't do the Palo ressies yet .. 17 more days before I can do that. :teeth:

Got most of my ressies yesterday, but wanted to switch my brunch to Sunday, but now only the High Tea is showing as an option! Can't imagine that all those ressies are gone so quickly!!

Thanks all....

There seems to be a problem.....I did what you recommended and am getting a message "sorry, you can no longer make reservations for Palo at this time, you may try to make reservations when you board the ship"

ditto for registering kids for Oceaneers....

Don't know what to tell you, Stacey; perhaps Disney's having some trouble with their site. I booked Palo last night about 11:30 p.m. with no problem, and registered our daughter this morning -- we cruise the Wonder this Sunday.

Your problem may be with with what DL-DCA posted -- you may be one day too close to your sailing date to be able to use this service, in which case I can only say that ol' Walt must be smiling down at me, making this service available on the last possible day for me to take advantage of it. :goodvibes

Good luck with your plans.

have a question. Is this only for those that have gotten their docs? And how do you know what rotation you have?I can't chance another AP. Missed Tritons 2x and would like to make sure we have that option. Is this now available before getting the kttw card?I must have missed this info altogether.

I received an e-mail from my TA that stated that initially DCL was only going to offer up a few spots in the spa and Palo ressies initially. So, there are probably MANY more spots available on board.

I am hold right now while they are working out my problem.
I booked through a TA but can view my ressie on the Disney site. When I tried to book Palo it said they don't have all my birthday info or we're not paid in full. ........okay they just got back to me and said I have to book onboard because there is a problem with the WAY I made the reservation (whatever) . Now I need to contact DU to see what the problem is. BUMMER!!!!!!

That's fair. Not everyone has internet access, and it seems reasonable to keep some slots open for those who have no choice but to book onboard.

I was just told something similar. Apparently there is a bug where some reservations are getting the "you haven't paid in full or the birthdate info is incomplete" message, even though neither of those statements is correct. Apparently I have one of those reservations :badpc: :p

I was told that it is being worked on and may be fixed around the middle of next week, by which time I will be too close to be able to use it anyway! Oh well, it is still a great feature.

As a side note, it was indicated to me that DCL is not yet fully promoting this new functionality as they want to shake the bugs out before opening the flood gates. Kinda like a "soft opening" for a new attraction in the parks I guess. I told them that the secret is already out on the DIS! :earboy2:

I found this problem as well. Its a bug. It actually go nuts and writes bad html into the page :badpc:

So, if your spa list and/or wish list is empty then it won't let you book.

 So add a couple items to your spa wish list before trying to book them.

Worked after that.

Actually, the spa list is there, you just have to go ALL THE WAY to the right, past where on the top you see falsefalsefalse , you get the picture. At first, I didn't think spa ressies worked, but after I saw the scroll bar at the bottom, I just scrolled all the way over.
